I don't have a credit or debit card, how else can I pay?

We also accept cheques and bank transfers for full details of these payments please call 0117 330 2277.

Do you have a catalog?

Unfortunately we don't have a catalog due to the constant update of products to our site, our website however will feature all products that we have available.

Do you have a showroom where I can come and view products?

Yes! We have a showroom based in our office in Babdown Airfield, Babdown. Give us a ring on 0117 330 2277 and we would be happy to book a viewing of our range. 

How will I know my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation letting you know the order has been placed successfully. Further emails will be received upon order status changes.

I have still not received my order, where is it?

In the unlikely circumstance that your order is not received on time please ring our team stating your name and order number and we will investigate as to why your order has not arrived on time.

I may not be home when my product is scheduled to be delivered.

To help the courier please leave a note in a visible place advising the courier where to leave the parcel (with a neighbour, porch or garden etc.). 

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched then it can be cancelled by calling us on 0117 330 2277. 

I have sent an email but not received a reply, why is this?

We reply to all emails in office hours (Mon - Thur 9am - 5.30pm, Fri - 9am - 4.30pm) and try to get a response to you within 24 hours. If you haven't received a reply within this time please call us on 0117 330 2277.
