Product is excellent, your service was good but Parcelforce where a total disaster. Their tracking system showed that the parcel had been loaded on a van at the Oxford Depot on Thursday 6/12 at 07.30 for delivery to us and that the parcel was then returned to the Oxford Depot at 17.40. This after I had waited in all day to take delivery. When after a lot of trouble I managed to talk to someone at the Oxford Depot they said that they would try and deliver the parcel on Friday but couldn't guarantee it. We eventually agreed that I would wait until Saturday morning for a guaranteed delivery. This delivery took place as arranged. I had a completely wasted day on the Thursday.
Excellent quality and the delivery in not much over 24 hours was exceptionable
